Google recently changed their search algorithm–no surprise there. However, after demoting the search value of press releases in the past year or so, they seem to have reversed course–again. PRSA reports that press releases can now appear in search results for news about a company. This puts news postings on PRNewswire, BusinessWire, or PRWeb back in the search results value column. Thanks Google.
