Local First Poll – Is there a buying trend here?

Local First, a Utah non-profit, in a recent study found that for every dollar spent at a local business, approximately 55.3% of that money was redistributed into the local economy as opposed to only 13.6% when that money was spent at a national chain. That means more money for schools, roads, infrastructure, and other stuff in our towns.
