When the Utah Valley Entrepreneurial Forum (UVEF) needed superior event management for their Hall of Fame award dinner, they turned to John Pilmer and the team at PilmerPR. UVEF’s long history of stellar events was on the line, seeking to provide an exceptional experience for a record number of attendees. The six month project required detailed coordination of the world-class Osmond entertainment and management team, as well as directing volunteer UVEF board members to handle hundreds of time sensitive activities and resource alignment tactics leading up to the event. Venue, speakers, photography, food, decorations, invitations, web promotion, press relations, sponsors, VIPs, entertainment, audio/visual, layout, parking, and advertisement were all among the many details requiring precise management to ensure on-time, under budget event execution.
