Women Tech Council in Utah just named it’s “Women Tech Awards” winners. Congratulations to all of the finalists and recipients. This organization has grown immensely since Cyd Tetro and friends launched in in 2007.
The 2013 award recipients are:
The Academic Excellence Award was presented by Catherine Parrish Lake, Partner in the Technology and Intellectual Property group at Stoel Rives, to Dayna Stevenson, a recent graduate from Westminster College in Computer Science.
The Trailblazer Award was presented by Diana George, Vice President at Wells Fargo, to Catherine Ball, VP Genomics and Bioinformatics at Ancestry.com.
The Human Capital Excellence Award was presented by Melinda Barlow, VP of the SMB Sales team, to Cathy Donahoe, VP of Human Resources at Domo.
The Rising Star Award was presented by Joy de Lisser, Vice President and General Manger of ATK Aerospace Structures, to Clare Wysocki, R&D Polymer Scientist at ATK Aerospace Group.
The Business Excellence Award was presented by Alex Lawrence, Director of USTAR Technology Outreach and Vice Provost at Weber State, to Sarah Lehman, CEO of ENVE.
The Technical Excellence Award was presented by Christy Fisher, Senior Manager in Transaction Support at EY, to Zlatina Todorov, Director, Software Engineering at O.C. Tanner.
The Leadership Excellence Award was presented by Scott Murray, VP Global Service Solutions Marketplaces, to Lynda Talgo, VP Global Manager Marketplaces, eBay Inc.
And this year the Impact Award was presented by Jim Sorenson, Sorenson Companies, to Amy Rees Anderson, of REES Capital, for her amazing accomplishments in leading and growing a successful technology company.
