Campaign for Jennie Taylor’s “mini farm” lands the firm the top award in Social Corporate Responsibility

SALT LAKE CITY – PilmerPR, a Benefit LLC was awarded the 2021 Golden Spike Award for excellence in the category of Campaigns for Social Corporate Responsibility (for Profit) and as a finalist for excellence in the category of Publicity and Media Relations. Finalists are honored for use of planning, strategy, and tactics to achieve outstanding public relations results for their clients.

PilmerPR, BLLC was awarded the 2021 Golden Spike Award in Social Corporate Responsibility for work on behalf of the Jennie Taylor, “mini farm” makeover, in conjunction with their client- Stratton and Brätt.

Stratton and Brätt donated labor and supplies to make Jennie Taylor’s late husband’s “mini farm” manageable for the widow Jennie Taylor. The effort further extended to fundraising objectives of the Major Brent Taylor Foundation benefiting the families of fallen military personnel.

The campaign increased Stratton and Brätt’s corporate image by widening their scope of services to include giving back to the community. To facilitate this goal, PilmerPR leveraged earned media coverage in major news outlets in Utah where Stratton and Brätt’s target market is. Overall, the agency generated more than 307k live coverage views, 51k online readership views, 1.9k social media interactions, and increased Stratton and Brätt’s web traffic by 500% during the coverage time frame.

PilmerPR, BLLC was also a finalist in the category of Publicity and Media Relations for work on behalf of eLearning Brothers. These are the sixth and seventh Golden Spike Awards for PilmerPR.
